Cancellation conditions

SUMMER 2023

Cancellation before June 15th 2023

We retain 50% of the price (excluding discount) of the cancelled course and/or exam from the amount we refund you. This also applies if the course will be given by distance learning.

Cancellation after June 15th 2023

You can cancel your registration, however, no refunds are possible. This also applies if the course will be given by distance learning.

IMPORTANT: Students have to provide their own health and accident insurance for the duration of their stay. We strongly advise to take out an insurance to cover the course fee in case of a cancellation after the deadline.

IMPORTANT

The Cours de vacances reserves the right to cancel your registration: 

• according to the directives of the FOPH or the UNIL Rectorate in relation to the evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic; 
• if we have an insufficient number of registrations.

In both cases, the full registration fee will be refunded. 

These cancellation and refund conditions only concern the cost of the courses and/or exams. Please note that the Cours de vacances is not responsible for any refund/compensation for other expenses incurred for your stay (accommodation, transport, etc.).
