Contrat de travail d’une durée égale ou supérieure à 6 mois : vous recevrez automatiquement un certificat de travail à la fin de votre contrat.
Contrat de travail inférieur à 6 mois, vous pouvez en faire la demande en cliquant sur : Demande de certificat final.

Procedure for paternity leave
- Announce the pregnancy to the HR Department through via the line manager
- A letter informing of the terms and conditions of paternity leave is sent
- As soon as possible, inform your line manager in writing of the dates of leave, specifying whether or not it is desired to split the duration of the leave
- The faculty informs the HR department of the dates and conditions of the paternity leave set
- As soon as the dean's office receives the official documents attesting to the birth of the child and the parent-child relationship, the HR Department confirms that paternity leave has been granted.
Applying for paternity allowance (in French)
For employees who abstain from work, the time spent on strike will not be paid and will be deducted from their salary as provided for in the RLpers (art. 132 para. 1 and para. 3). Compensation in time is not permitted.
Employees on strike must report to their direct supervisor within 48 hours of the end of the strike using the attached form, which must then be returned to the Human Resources Department.
For the strike days of 23 and 31 January 2023, the forms must be returned to the Human Resources Department by 10 February 2023 for processing.
